1.-You have 5 days after notifying us that the shipment was damaged to send us pictures of the pieces.
2.-You will also need to send us a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice).
3.- The claim process takes 5 to 6 weeks to complete.
4.-Once the process is completed you will be asked for your bank information for deposit or electronic transfer.
5.-Your shipment travels free of customs duties in any given case.
